my friend
...wednesday morning when tori woke up at my house, i joked with her saying, "while you were sleeping your mom had a baby sister and named her sophie!" she laughed, because i tease her often! her brother lucas is beautiful~he was born premature and his lungs are not fully developed, so he will be in the hospital for at least a week. i have spent as much time as possible in the last two days at the hospital with my friend rebekah~just trying to do what i can to keep her spirits up and be supportive. i know when i'm with rebekah that i don't have to say anything at all, just be there-but as a mother i wish there were words to take away the pain of having to go home tomorrow without him in her arms. there are none, but i trust that they will rest in our Father's arms and let Him carry it all.
